Enterprise Project Management Office Executive

Provide process and methods leadership to the Xerox Information Management (XIM) global organization with specific responsibility for management of the Enterprise PMO and program/project portfolio, XIM Lean Sigma program, ITIL and ITSM sponsorship, and XIM organization wide risk and performance management.


Purpose:



  • Managethe definition, supporting strategies, governance, and execution of the XIMportfolio of programs and projects across the Xerox global enterprise.


  • Define,manage, and continuously improve processes, tools, and practices to ensureprojects and programs are delivered on time, within budget, and with theexpected business value in support of Xerox’s strategic objectives.


  • Maintaincredible relationships with executive leadership across the business to manageand deliver upon high level stakeholder expectations of scope, quality,schedule, and program/project value to be delivered for those leaders’ programsand projects.


  • Managerisks and organizational performance metrics to continuously improveorganizational performance and mature organizational capabilities to deliver oncommitments.


  • Managethe use and leverage of ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) and ITSM (IT ServiceManagement) to align IT execution to the needs of the business.



Scope:



  • Leads theglobal EPMO function in support of the enterprise XIM program and projectportfolio, providing governance/oversight for in excess of $150 million spend.


  • Definesthe framework and manages organizational risk for XIM globally.


  • Leadsresource capacity planning, allocations, and utilization for the organization.


  • Leadsorganizational risk and process performance for the organization.


  • Definesand executes continuous improvement of XIM overall organizational performance.

Minimum: Bachelor's Degree


Preferred: Master's Degree


Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.


Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation Certification.


Lean Sigma Certification (Blackbelt preferred).


Additional Role Requirements:



  • Effectively interact with C-Suite individuals, tailoringcommunication to provide succinct status updates in business terms


  • Ability to instill confidence in C-suite individuals;business maturity / acumen, and interpersonal communication skills as decisionsaffect company profitability


  • Experience in large-scale program and project management


  • Experience designing, deploying, managing organizationalchange, and continuous improvement of best practice processes


  • Experience managing large, complex teams and portfolios inexcess of 150 projects at one time


  • Experience managing organizational capacity, risk, andperformance.


  • Experience transforming project/program management functionsas a result of optimizations, centralizations, etc. reflecting quantifiableimprovements (i.e., baseline performance optimizations = articulatedmeasurable benefits).


  • Some travel required
