Technical Manager for Nestlé Purina Aubigny “I want to achieve great things and I want them to be noticed” Nestlé Purina Petcare, Aubigny, France Undefined period of time contract, act. rate 100% NESTLE PURINA PETCARE, subsidiary of Nestlé Group, based in France, near AMIENS (80) has around 300 employees and produces wet products for the Petfood Industry such as cans or pouchs. The famous brands are Felix, Friskies or Gourmet for example.Located beside Research and Development Center, the factory has the privilege of testing the new products and benefits from a high level of technical innovation.It is looking for his: Technical Manager Key responsibilities
To manage and collaborate all technical teams (operational maintenance, method maintenance, new projects, utilities)
To develop the autonomy of his/her team, the skills and to lead them to an optimal customer service approach
To align the organization of the department to strategical objectives of the factory
To optimize the budget and the performance of the technical team by purposing and implementing effective KPI
To update preventive maintenance policies
To lead the team to continuous improvement approach
Required Profile
Mechanical or general engineer, you have a significant experience in this type of job (minimum15 years) ideally in automated industrial sector
You have an experience in change management and Continuous Improvement culture
An experience of LEAN and TPM will be appreciated.
SAP Knowledge is preferred
Fluency in English is necessary for the job
You are recognized for your capacity to decide and act
Leadership skills, technical expertise, teamworks will allow you to succeed in this job
