HR Operations - Interview Scheduler

Provides centralized human resource services and  transactions.  Ensures efficiency of service center operations, technology, and transaction processes.  Establishes standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions and administration of human resource programs.  Coordinates services with the human resource information systems, human resource program managers, and technology specialists.


First point of contact for recruiters, candidates and managers to schedule interviews with candidates. Coordinates with potential additional external and internal interview participants (HRBC/P, severly deisabled representatives, medical services).


RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES



  • Archiving of documents in personal folders

  • Interview Scheduling with candidates and managers and/or HRBP/BC

  • Coordinate candidate’s appointments with the medical service for Marburg (Germany)

  • Support managers in the recruiting process

  • Answer tickets in relation to talent acquisition process

  • Ensures that case notes are professionally written and that they thoroughly and accurately detail the problem and the proposed resolution

  • Enhances HR’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to HR Operations

  • Conducts day to day HRIS transactional processing in Employee Cloud/Workday

  • SAP data entries for lunch vouchers and primes for placing someone in the organization 

  • Sends monthly reminder to managers for the end of probation time of his/her new hire

  • Sends monthly birthday and work anniversary cards (also in case of marriage, condolences, baby arrival)


Education



  • Office Education or High School Education

  • Fluent in English and German

  • Attention to detail, as well as strong organizational and follow-up skills

  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills

  • Microsoft Office Skills proficiency

  • Experience working with databases and ERP system would be an asset


Experience(Minimum years of experience and knowledge required to perform the job.)



  • Multi-lingual capabilities are a plus (e.g. French, Italian, Spanish, Hungarian)
