We are seeking a Software Sales Representative (SSR) for Switzerland / Austria.

The SSR will be responsible for prospecting new business opportunities within the assigned territory of Austria and Switzerland. The role of the Specialty SSR will be to develop, maintain, and nurture a pipeline of leads and convert those leads to sales. This includes the liaison to current Resilient customers and the expansion of current IBM Security customer base.

You will work in tandem with Engineers from Technical Sales and Consulting to perform product demonstrations and guide customers through to a successful trial and closure. A typical example of this activity is the supervision of PoC’s (Proof of Concepts) or running PoT’s (Proof of Technologies).

Consultative Selling skills in the area of Incident Response Management as well as a deep understanding of Security Operations are needed to be successful in this role. Business development to generate leads in the area of Resilient Software and successful Software projects are the main duties within this job role. The achievement of business quota of Resilient-Software-Sales will be the main measurement metric for success. The position is located in Switzerland (Zurich).

We are growing rapidly and are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic, talented individual to join our Integration team as an Integrations Engineer. This position is located in the Galway, Ireland. It provides a truly unique opportunity to join a successful, rapidly growing organization and fill a pivotal role in its growth and success. As an Integration Engineer, your primary goal is to develop integrations that enable successful adoption of the Resilient platform by our customers. You will work closely with Customer Success and the Engineering team to provide customer solutions that drive engagement with the Resilient Systems platform.



Required Technical and Professional Expertise




Our ideal Specialty SSR will have the following qualifications:



  • Minimum of 5 years experience successfully selling cyber-security solutions

  • Proven track record in selling across the DACH region

  • Experience selling compliance and/or data security software

  • Experience selling into C-level security/compliance/privacy executives

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experience prospecting for new business and developing warm leads

  • Experience working with CRM systems

  • Strong work ethic, personal integrity, and passion for building the next big thing

  • 5 Years Sales Experience with Cyber vendor

  • English: Fluent

  • German: Fluent
