Position Description

You will join the “Suisse Romande” IT Consulting Team (Geneva and Lausanne area) as a junior consultant. You will integrate our project teams and help our clients increase the value of their IT infrastructure investments by identifying opportunities for improvement of efficiencies, performance and resiliency, and by defining initiatives to better align their IT environment with business objectives. In particular you will be part of consulting engagements in the areas of artificial intelligence for IT operations and IT resiliency. As such you will work on topics such as machine learning, cloud computing, automation and process improvement.

You can complete the master study course at a university or a university of applied sciences of your choice and you will be able to complete your master’s thesis with support from our team.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for highly motivated candidates who are eager to discover the domain of consulting and to participate in the design of solutions to complex client challenges:

  • You have successfully obtained your bachelor’s degree with very good results and you are enrolled or planning to enroll in preferably a IT, economics or business focused Master’s program.

  • You are able to work autonomously and drive project activities within your area of responsibilities

  • You are proficient with using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. You know visual basic for Excel or you are ready to learn it

  • You have good analytical skills and you are willing to develop your knowledge and expertise in various areas such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing and IT resiliency.

  • You have good communication skills in French and English. German is a plus.
