Kompetenzen und Verantwortlichkeit

In dieser Funktion übernehmen Sie die fachliche und personelle Führung der Lab Automation Gruppe von fünf Mitarbeitenden innerhalb des Quality Control Support Bereichs. Ihre Haupttätigkeiten umfassen den Betrieb und Support von Labautomation Systemen für die Quality Control Laboratorien. Als Gruppenleiter/in sind Sie verantwortlich für die Systeme und Prozesse in Ihrem Bereich, welche Sie in Absprache mit globalen und lokalen Bereichen definieren und weiterentwickeln, damit diese fortwährend den technischen und regulatorischen Standards entsprechen.

• Evaluierung, Implementierung und Support von Labor Automatisations Projekten in Verbindung von Laborgeräten und LIMS


• Überwachen der Qualifizierung- und Validierungsaktivitäten von Software für den Einsatz im regulierten Routinebetrieb und Support bei Inspektionen


• Vertreten vom Team und Prozess gegen Innen ( z.B andere Departemente) wie auch global (z.B andere Standorte, globale Funktionen)


• Sicherstellen der Datenintegrität von Laborautomatisations Lösungen mit Schnittstellen in LIMS und SAP


• 1st, 2nd und 3rd Level Supports für Laborsoftware


• Erstellen und Überarbeiten von SOPs und Berichten in Deutsch und Englisch


• Durchführung von Endanwender- und Superuser-Schulungen


• Mitarbeit in lokalen und globalen Projekten

Qualifikationen & Berufserfahrung

Zur Erfüllung dieser Aufgabe erwarten wir ein abgeschlossenes Studium aus den Bereichen Naturwissenschaften (bevorzugt Physik, Chemie, Mathematik, Wissenschaftliches Rechnen) oder Informatik. Sie haben Erfahrung in aktueller Softwareentwicklung mit z.B. Unit Testing, Source Control, Softwarearchitektur und Datenstrukturen. Für diese Funktion bringen Sie Kenntnisse aus der Industrie und dem GMP-Umfeld mit und haben ausgewiesene Führungserfahrung.

Als initiative und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit gelingt es ihnen, verschiedene Charaktere zu einem erfolgreichen Team zu formen und führen. Ihre Erfolge präsentieren sie auf überzeugende Art und sie verständigen sich stilsicher - mündlich wie auch schriftlich in Deutsch und Englisch.

Competencies and responsibilities

The function includes the personnel and technical leadership of the Lab Automation Group of 5 employees within the Quality Control Support area. Your main responsibilities include the operation and support of lab automation systems for quality control laboratories. As a Group Leader, you are responsible for the systems and processes in your area, that you define and develop consistently conform to technical and regulatory standards in consultation with global and local partners.

• Evaluation, implementation and support of laboratory automation projects related to laboratory equipment and LIMS


• Monitor the qualification and validation activities of software used in regulated routine operations


• Represented by the team and process towards internal and external partners


• Data integration of laboratory automation solutions with interfaces in LIMS and SAP


• 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support for laboratory software


• Creation and revision of SOPs and reports in German and English


• Execution of end-user and superuser training


• Collaboration in local and global Projects

Qualifications

To fulfill this task, we expect a completed degree in natural sciences (preferably physics, chemistry, mathematics, scientific computing) or computer science. You have experience in current software development for e.g. Unit Testing, Source Control, Software Architecture and Data Structures. You have laboratory and regulatory experience in GMP environment and have proven leadership experience.

You are an initiative and communicative person and you succeed in shaping and leading different characters to a successful team. You present the successes in a convincing way and you have strong communication skills - verbally and in writing in German and English.
