Our company is growing… ever heard of the PROTINUS project in Bern? 

We are building a new facility with two new bulk manufacturing lines for our successful immunoglobulin products Privigen and Hizentra.

You want to be a part of it? Here is the deal:

What you do:

• You are responsible for integrating the new facility into the existing Bern site and broader CSL organization


• You develop the overall facility operational requirements and ensure the user requirements are reflected in the project 


• You ensure the operations team is ready to support commissioning & qualification activities, engineering runs, process validation & licensure activities essential to the ramp up to commercial production

Who you are:

Passionate about delivering safe and efficacious pharmaceutical products to patients with rare and serious diseases, you appreciate growth and development in your environment. 

Furthermore, you convince due to your:

• Energetic and proactive personality and your strong communication and negotiation skills


• Highly motivated self-starting mindset with exceptional listening, analyzing and problem solving skills 


• Strategic, analytical approach, which helps you to realize the overall picture and on the same time recognize potential opportunities and gaps


• Ability to connect all experts of our business functions towards one common goal

You hold a Masters or Bachelor degree in management or a relevant field and a minimum of five years of relevant work experience in multi-national organizations.
