Responsibilities

• Management and supervision of an engineering team.


• Supervision of the development of new projects.


• Organization of the development and manufacturing of new products.


• Interaction with internal and external stakeholders as well as international teams.

Skills

• Master or PHD in Electronics.


• Experienced in Team leading.


• Previous experienced as a Systems Engineer or Technical Project Manager preferred.


• Experienced in complex electronics systems.


• Fluent in German and English, Italian a plus.


• Experience in the defense sector a plus.
