Responsibilities

• Develop interaction and interface concepts for user-friendly operation of web applications and apps for employees and customers


• Create screen designs, requirements specifications and storyboards in compliance with corporate guidelines


• Collaborate and communicate in multidisciplinary specification and implementation teams


• Develop innovative ideas and propose solution,  using suitable visualizations / prototypes


• Conduct and accompany the usability tests


• Analyse and document user needs in terms of usability


• Represent superior UX requirements in the value stream

Skills

• Master Degree in Human Computer Interaction Design


• Usability and requirements engineering method competence


• Experience with the agile way of working


• Experience with the following design / prototyping tools : Balsamiq, Sketch, Invision


• Good knowledge of Confluence / Jira and Office Tools


• Experience in working with interdisciplinary teams


• Independent and reliable way of working


• Experience with additional design / prototyping tools such as flinto, Zepplin, Marvel or similar


• Technical knowledge (HTML5 / CSS / Javascript) is an advantage


• Experience in Project Management or as a Product Owner


• Experience in the insurance industry is a great asset


• Fluent German, French and English are a plus
