• Job facts

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the Accounts Payable and Travel and Expense Claims Team including planning of work processes, task assignments and priorization and quality of work.


• You are the main point of contact for local departments such as procurement or various business functions for all questions related to AP invoices


• Support and coordinate the onboarding of Vendors on e-invoicing platform (ARIBA) together with procurement departments


• Manage the processing and prioritization of all open I2P workflows which cannot be processed by FSSC


• You are the main point of contact for local departments for all questions related to Travel and Expense claims incl. regular updates of the Travel Policy of RDI


• Manage the processing and prioritization of all open Travel and Expense Claims


• Provide support to FSSC for all open questions and topics regarding vendor invoices


• Responsible for process optimization and activity split improvements with FSSC


• Organize and manage the VAT tax return process and liaise with the VAT Manager of RDI


• You take an active role in alignment meetings with procurement departments to ensure continuous process improvements


• Participate in Finance-related projects according to your area of responsibility

• Leadership experience preferable


• Open minded and strong team player


• A combination of strong communication skills and ability to work in a matrix-organization


• Proven track record of understanding and collaborating within an international company and the ability to function in a dynamic and fast-changing environment


• Assertive personality


• Capability to act as a troubleshooter

Professional Qualifications:

• Commercial education (KV) or Bachelor’s Degree


• 3-5 years of experience in Accounting (Accounts Payable)


• Fluent in both English and German


• VAT guidelines (for coding)


• Solid SAP Knowledge (FI/CO Module)
