We are looking for an HR Business Partner (80%) on a temporary contract for 2 years, based in Rotkreuz. You will be member of the HR Business Partner Team and become part of the Leadership Teams of the respective client groups. Essential will be to work closely together with the business leaders and leadership teams to drive and execute their overall people strategy. As part of a global network of HR colleagues based in Rotkreuz and other locations around the world, you will report to the Head of HR Business Partner.


Your main responsibilities are:



  • Act as key HR point of contact, competent sparring partner and sounding board for Line Managers and as advocate for employees

  • Develop and provide HR solutions and concepts based on a solid understanding of the major business challenges of the assigned client groups

  • Consult and advise allocated business units on people and organizational requirements

  • Develop and drive HR initiatives and solutions that meet key business needs in alignment with global requirements

  • Ensure an efficient and smooth service in the HR core functions Attraction & Sourcing, Learning & Development, Succession Planning and Talent Management, Performance & Compensation Management

  • Support local and global HR projects

  • Deliver organizational excellence in areas such as resource planning, organizational design, career management and change initiatives


As an ideal candidate you possess the following experiences and skills:



  • At least 3 years work experience in HR, ideally as HR Business Partner

  • University degree or equivalent; postgraduate studies in HR are a plus

  • Excellent skills in relationship management also on senior level and a good sense for pragmatic solutions

  • Strong communication, change and project management skills and ability to set prioritize

  • Relevant experience in complex change and transformation projects are an advantage

  • Good Team player who promotes best practice sharing to increase value for our customers

  • Excellent written and spoken English is a must, German would be a plus
