As an independent function within the Roche Group, the Group Audit Team provides assurance to the senior leaders of the organisation by assessing and understanding the inherent risks the entire organisation is managing and to improve the efficiency and compliance of their operations. As part of the wider Group Audit function, the North America and Group Functions team support all Group Functions and commercial operations for all three divisions (Pharma, Diagnostics and Diabetes Care) in North America. We are a multicultural and dynamic team based in Basel, Switzerland.

As a Senior IT Auditor:

• You will be responsible to risk assess, lead and deliver (primarily) IT audits across multiple disciplines, including:
  
  
  
  • Project and programme reviews
  
  
  • Infrastructure and networks
  
  
  • Application development (including cognitive technologies)
  
  
  • Cybersecurity
  
  
  • Data and information governance
  
  


• You will partner with stakeholders, including senior members of the IT organisation to agree timing and execute the scope of the audits.


• You will also be responsible to follow up on issues and actions to ensure they are completed satisfactorily.


• The position involves travel world-wide (approx. 30%).
   

Main requirements:

• You have solid academic credentials (university degree), ideally in IT or business administration, you have 5 – 7 years of experience in IT or a technology and while you do not need to be an expert in all of the bullets detailed above, you should have an appreciation of many of them.


• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a must, further languages are an advantage


• Solid technical acumen is required, while process and risk knowledge is a distinct advantage


• Strong team player and excellent communication/influencing skills


• Analytical skills, synthesis capabilities.


• Willingness to operate in an international environment
