Approximately 500 GCS co-workers are building a worldwide network of support and training centers, which provide assistance to local and regional service staff (5'000 employees) in the Roche Diagnostics affiliates and its external distributors.
As a Support & Training Senior Specialist in GCS Support & Training cobas 4000 & cobas 6000 Systems you will ensure ongoing product support for analytical system platforms ( Clinical Chemistry and Immunochemistry analyzers). You will be responsible for training (conceptualization to implementation) and technical 2nd level support for different target groups such as service engineers:
