Roche Diagnostics is setting up a centralized Digital Customer Experience Team to lead digital marketing innovation across the EMEA/LATAM region.
The mission of the team is to accelerate digital transformation and move mountains to enable the EMEA/LATAM region to become a frontrunner in digital customer experience within Roche Diagnostics. As a member of this newly created team of 5 individuals in a diverse set of roles, you will set the North Star for digital customer experience and create an industry-leading customer experience that will have a positive impact on both customer satisfaction and business results.
You will work, together with a group of affiliates across EMEA/LATAM, on several high impact projects to increase digital maturity in the affiliates and drive business results. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining and validating the innovation funnel by developing Minimal Viable Products (MVP) and leveraging data from these MVPs to establish validated learnings.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Data Manager to join this highly collaborative, self-managed team for a 9-month temporary assignment based in Switzerland (Rotkreuz) to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with a start-up mentality and bring customer experience to the next level.
In this role, you will:
Implement a data-driven approach across the region for growth on Digital Customer Experience
Facilitate setting up a central customer data repository across the Region EMEA-LATAM
Leverage data and analytics for experiments to generate significant sustainable business growth
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of campaign activities and channels
Analyze and draw insights from large sets of data
Piece together different tools and data sets to create search queries, new experiences and design
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing and IT to test, analyze, report, and iterate
Execute A/B testing, multivariable testing, and define metrics/KPIs
Analyze and strategize customer segmentation and targeting
Using data and influencing skills you will identify opportunities to improve overall customer satisfaction
Bring thought leadership in data analytics to marketing automation to create creating personalized campaigns and customer experiences
Furthermore, you will bring the following skills and experience:
Ability to work collaboratively in a complex business environment
Ability to draw insights and build experiments with a mindset toward the future
Knowledge of UX design, SQL, PHP, Javascript, Google Analytics 360. Other programming languages would be an asset.

Strong digital customer experience focus and a positive can-do attitude; able to demonstrate flexibility and effectively manage to change priorities
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Thought leadership in customer data analytics

Strong knowledge of Digital Communications, Marketing skills an advantage
English language skills are a requirement
