In addition, the Informatics Solution Owner is accountable that the solution capabilities meet business expectations and therefore, as the leader of the respective Change Advisory Boards (CMTs), works closely with the business to define the schedule and scope of releases.
Your main duties are:
Accountable to define the Release Strategy for the specific solution(s) taking into consideration business as well as technical needs incl. dependencies to related solutions
Accountable that the solution is maintained and supported according to valid procedures incl. CSV guidelines in case of GxP relevant solutions
Monitoring and continuous improvement of defined support process though KPIs and SLAs incl. communication to relevant stakeholders
You are accountable for all CMT related processes and deliverables like the agreement of the budget and the assignment of requests for change to releases.
You analyse and manage the implementation of requests for change as well as Vendor releases in the area of responsibility in close collaboration with the business stakeholder
You work with on-site and off-shore partners across different sites and regions as well as with multi-site teams and take on non-disciplinary leadership.
For this position, you bring the following qualification:
You have a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, economics, engineering or equivalent degree; preferably post graduate qualifications at a Masters level
10+ years of professional IT experience in a major, global organization
Experience in managing Application Lifecycle Management Solutions (e.g. Microfocus (HP) ALM) on a global scale
Extensive knowledge of business processes in the area of Requirements and Test Management, Defect tracking
Experience in working with offshore service providers for development and operational activities
Experience in working in a regulated environment and with Computer System Validation
