We are currently working on a global strategic business transformation program aimed at standardizing our major business processes globally. In this context, SAP is implemented on a global level covering the whole business value chain across Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Service, Supply Chain Management, HR and Finance. To strengthen our Global Finance / Controlling Process Analyst team we are looking for a Process Analyst (Finance/Controlling) (f/m) 100%


In this role you will support the global implementation of the Blue Ocean template with focus on Finance and Controlling processes and, together with the Senior Process Analysts, will ensure the successful outcome of it. You will join a dynamic and international team consisting of members in Europe, Asia and the Americas and participate in varied and exciting projects all over the globe.



  • Leading and training of the key-user teams through all the stages of a project

  • Acting as a business process change and transformation coordinator to ensure operational business readiness of the Roll-in units and efficient adoption of the template processes

  • Provide process and template guidance to project key-users

  • Managing stakeholders of local management during the Roll-in's

  • Specifying and designing test cases as well as testing of new or changed functionality

  • Creating and maintaining high quality process documentation, requirement definitions and training materials

  • Keep in close alignment with Senior Process Analysts and the Process Owner

  • Work closely with the central SAP Solution Architects as well as with Application Management


Ihr Profil



  • Bachelor degree in in Finance or Accounting or commercial education and further education

  • Proven and solid background in Finance and/or Controlling processes

  • 2 to 3 years of working experience in one of the following roles

  • Key-User in a business transformation program implementing SAP FI/CO

  • Business function extensively using SAP FI/CO, for example a Finance Shared Service Center role

  • Project management experience, preferably in large SAP projects, is a plus

  • Ability to convince, overcome resistance and move things forward in a continually changing environment

  • Advanced communication, follow-up, and presentation skills; prior experience being a trainer is a plus

  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Sympathy for a fast paste and global working environment

  • Fluent in English, German is a plus

  • Flexible with travelling (50-70%)
