We are looking for Senior Consultant and Manager (w/m) / EMEIA Financial Services Strategy in Zurich

Our Financial Services Organization is the only Big 4 firm with functional and cross-country specialization in the financial services sector, we offer our customers all over the world seamless, consistent and high quality services.

EY’s Financial Services Strategy Consultingis a new fast-growing practice, extending the firm’s consulting services to C-level clients in strategic assignments. It is embedded in our Advisory business, offering a broad range of functional and cross-country services dedicated to providing high-value and trusted advice to clients.

Task that you promote

• Lead project teams to solve complex business challenges at the highest levels of our clients’ organisation


• Actively participate in project acquisitions and, where feasible, start sourcing leads


• Build/deepen expertise in a Financial Services sector and in one functional topic


• Coach and develop consultants and senior consultants


• Take ownership in further developing our practice

Your profile to succeed together

• Master’s degree or PhD in Banking, Finance, Management, Economics or Science


• 3-8 years of work experience in a management consultancy and/or an in-house consulting function of a Tier 1 Financial Services company


• Entrepreneurial and output-focused mind-set


• Fluent in English and any other Swiss national language


• Preferably with a network and/or experience in the Swiss Financial Services industry
