We currently have a career opportunity for Senior Manager Assurance Services based in Zurich office with deep knowledge of the following competencies:
IFRS or US GAAP and technical accounting for complex accounting matters
Regulations related to companies listed on US exchanges, e.g. US GAAS (PCAOB), Swiss regulatory (FAOA), ISA and SEC regulations
Experience with Sarbanes Oxley Act (“SOX”)
Experience with multinational group audits (scoping, reporting, and coordinating with component auditors
Experience with US public debt offerings, pro forma financial statements and the issuance of comfort letters
Financial Statement Close Process (FSCP) of large companies Your profile to succeed together
A bachelor's degree and approximately 10 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 8 years of related work experience
An undergraduate or master's degree in accounting and/or other appropriate academic major
A Swiss CPA or foreign equivalent (e.g. US CPA, UK ACCA)
At least 4 years of working experience and particular business/industry experience to meet special needs
Excellent English skills are a must
