Job-description

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Specification, Architecture, Design, Development, Debug, and Qualification of electronic modules: the Printed Circuit Board, the mounting structure, and the encapsulation.


• Architectural definitions and thorough design review preparation and participation


• Interface with Quality, Design Services, Fab, Back-End, other BU Technical Leaders


• Project leadership experience

Your profile

We are looking for a new team member with the following profile:

• Experienced in all phases of electronic module development, including spec/performance definition, mechanical construction, material selection, design for high volume production and quality


• Ability to define and improve electronic module development methodology for subsequent products


• Ability to work in and withstand demanding environment with first tier international customers


• Strong orientation towards satisfying external customer requirements for consumer and industrial products


• Ability to communicate with clarity and precision when interacting with external customers 


• Team oriented spirit, autonomous, flexible and motivated

Professional requirements

An ideal candidate will have:

• MS-level with 5-10 years of related experience required


• Mechatronics background required


• Work experience in semiconductor industry would be a plus

Language Skills

• English (at C-level), French and/or German
