The Opportunity

As the fastest growing running brand on the planet, On is building growth and fans through a carefully selected network of over 3000 specialty running stores in 50 countries. A close relationship to our dealers ensures we communicate with customers via a network of knowledgeable sales staff, that give a personal experience to engaging with On. We are looking for a Head of Retail Marketing to take the lead on a wide range of global campaigns and initiatives, that are planned by a team of marketing specialists either located directly in the market or at On HQ in Zurich, and executed by local market teams. This role requires a detailed understanding of what can drive customer engagement and bring innovation to how On is displayed in the retail environment.

 

Key responsibilities include:

• Plan retail marketing initiatives to create maximum exposure.


• Develop in-depth marketing plans directly with important retailers and markets.


• Manage a team of marketing specialists dedicated to important regions.


• Drive innovation in the retail environment alongside the internal design team.


• Work closely with larger countries who have specific local marketing teams.


• Track initiatives in market to bring an analytical approach to measuring success.
