Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Maintenance Teams perform repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure longer lifespan of machines and facilities. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams im Betriebsunterhalt Kunststoffspritzerei suchen wir qualifizierte und zuverlässige

 

Betriebs-/ Unterhaltsmechaniker (m/w)

Ihre Aufgaben im Detail:

 

• Inbetriebnahme neuer Spritzgussanlagen


• Instandhaltung und Reparaturen der Analgen inkl. der dazugehörenden Peripheriegeräte


• Wartung aller Anlagen nach vorgegebenem Rhythmus


• Behebung von Störungen an den Produktionsanlagen


• Mithilfe bei technischen Optimierungen


• Beschaffung von Ersatzteilen


• Schulung des Produktionspersonals


• Erstellen von Arbeitsanweisungen


• Pflege der Instandhaltungsdatenbank und des Wertungshandbuchs

 

 

Unsere Anforderungen:

 

• Technische Grundausbildung z.B. als Maschinen- /Polymechaniker, Maschinenmonteur oder -schlosser allenfalls als Landmaschinenmechaniker


• Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis


• Kenntnisse in Hydraulik und Pneumatik


• Evtl. Erfahrung im Spritzguss oder mit Spritzgussmaschinen


• Selbstständige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise


• Bereitschaft in einer 2-Schicht zu arbeiten
