We are looking for experienced and talented Java Software Engineers with high performance and product quality mindset to be part of the team in charge of the evolution of Forex platform.

 

As a member of the Product Development Department within the Forex team, you will participate in all stages of software development: from design and implementation to maintenance, scaling and performance tuning. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of applications, ranging from mission-critical trading systems with sub millisecond performance constraints to complex frontend applications, and get the hangs of modern technology stack (Akka, Kubernetes, Docker, ReactJS, Big Data, etc).

 

Daily routine

Daily routine:

• Improve continuously the performance of the systems


• Work closely with financial experts and discuss possible solutions and alternatives


• Troubleshooting of production software (level 3)


• Maintain the highest code quality standards


• Acquire strong Forex business knowledge


• Keep yourself up-to-date on the cutting-edge technologies and contribute actively to the technical choices

Skills set

Your profile:

• Master or Bachelor of Computer Science with 3+ years of Java experience


• Solid analytical and problem solving abilities


• Interested in Financial industry mechanism


• Experienced in engineering of mission-critical software products


• Experienced in multi-threading programming


• Team player, rigorous and autonomous


• Fluent in English

 

Nice to have:

• Experience in development of the distributed applications


• Experience in Linux, Network, Databases and testing strategies
