Junior HR Business Partner


 


You will have the opportunity to help in shaping our people agenda on a variety of people related topics, which will enable successful delivery of the business objectives. You will be a trusted advisor partnering with business to ensure that we attract, develop and retain talents. This role is perfect for a hands-on HR Generalist with some years of experience and who would like to take responsibility and develop him/herself to become a HR Business Partner.


 


The role reports to HR Lead with “dotted-line” to local management team.


 


Key Responsibilities



  • Manage entire life-cycle of an employee, with administration support

                    - On-boarding and off-boarding

                    - Maintenance of employee files and personal data in HRIS

                    - Accountable for HR administration

                    - Monthly payroll



  • Develop effective on-going relationships with business, establish yourself as a credible, respected and valued advisor

  • Deliver expert and client-focused operational HR support by providing advice and guidance to resolve day-to-day queries as they arise

  • Support HR Lead on all management issues including but not limited to performance management and employee relations

  • Provide expert advice in all areas of HR policies, practices and employment law

  • Drive talent development agenda together with global learning team

  • Act as key point of contact for global mobility topic


 


Experience



  • 2-3 years of HR experience operating as a hands-on generalist close contact with business

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships and be able to work under pressure whilst ensuring accuracy and maintaining focus

  • Excellent communication skills in German (mother tongue preferably) and English; French as a strong plus

  • Proactive, assertive, and resilient

  • Drive, enthusiasm, entrepreneurial and commercial mind-sets are essential

  • Open-minded and enjoys working both alone and in a team

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
