Working in a team environment, the Senior Business Consultant will be responsible for providing Compliance & Governance consulting to external customers and internal project teams as well as support in the creation and delivery of SAM services designed to meet customers’ business needs. The primary focus is to plan, design and implement Software Asset Management.

Responsibilities

• Performance of Framework Maturity Assessments


• Creation of SAM visions and roadmaps


• Support in developing local SAM strategy


• Creation and establishment of SAM concepts and processes


• Performance of tool evaluations


• Setup of SAM Managed Services and handover to the operation team


• SAM compliance reviews including conduction of SAM internal audits and facilitation of external audits


• Development of presentations with highest quality standards regarding conceptual logic and layout


• Presenting to different audiences in English and German whilst being aware of the target audience and key messages


• Leading workshops and meetings

Qualifications

• Greater 2 years’ experience in respective roles within international and Swiss companies


• Strong university degree, preferably with IT and commercial background


• Senior SAM skills with understanding of SAM concepts and how to apply them in different organizations


• Senior project management skills with experience in leading large projects and distributed project teams from different cultural backgrounds


• Proficient consulting skills on senior and C-level


• Good technical architecture understanding including impact on SAM


• Profound skills in the information and application environment including software distribution


• Senior moderation and presentation skills


• Advanced contract negotiation skills


• Ability to handle assigned tasks independently and to highest quality standards


• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)


• High level of confidentiality, loyalty and integrity
