Brand Manager “I want to work for a company with principles, not just profits” Nestlé Health Science Switzerland, La Tour de Peilz Undefined period of time contract, act. rate 100 % In this role, you will develop and execute strong brand plans to drive sustainable growth of Resource®, the Nestlé Health Science's historical brand. Key responsibilities
Choose target patients/customers by using attractiveness and ability to win, develops patient/customer insight and understands their perceived values of brands/products
Manage the development and execution of strong functionally aligned brand and ICP plans, responsible for the performance, health and strategic alignment with the MBS
Tracking and analyzing of sales development ; identify and react on trends, together with colleagues and external partners
Define key messages for her/his portfolio and develop adequate communication tools ; present products & services to the Sales Force
Follow up and analyses market data received from industry and pharmacy panels
Manage all logistic and administrational tasks to ensure product availability on time and in adequate quantity; for existing, switching as well as for newly launched products.
Required Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in product and brand management, ideally in the medical nutrition area
Knowledge of Swiss medical nutrition environment an asset
Used to work in cross-functional teams
Being able to initiate and contribute to innovation and continuous improvement
Mother tongue German with good command of French & English
