In this position, you will define the Global Business Strategy of Nestlé for the three categories. With your global and regionalstrategic thinkingand strong business sense you will focus on rethinking the Adult Health & Wellness (AHW) category to grasp new businessopportunities. For the Dairy Culinary Solutions (DCS) and Healthy Cereals Solutions (HCS), the strategic direction is largely set and you will drive the roll out and Innovation & Renovation support. Key responsibilities
Define the Global Business Strategy Adult Health & Wellness (AHW) category to grasp new businessopportunities
Drive the Dairy Culinary Solutions (DCS) and Healthy Cereals Solutions (HCS) roll-out and Innovation & Renovation support
Ensure buy-in from markets and roll out the defined strategy with market relevant initiatives
Be the global Brand Guardian of Dairy (AHW), (DCS) and (HCS) Brands
Drive multi-market initiatives (eg: research, workshops, etc.) and create value through cross-fertilization
Stakeholders and team management
Required Profile
Experience of minimum 12 years in Marketing and business expertise mainly in Dairy, if not in fast moving, competitive, innovation-driven food categories or Pharma/Health science Ideally, multi-market experience and background
Exposure to Sales, R&D or Finance. General Management experience would be a plus, if not Business Executive Officer (BEO) potential
Experience in managing or creating a business/brand through sound analysis of data and consumer insights or by federating existing brands under a consumer-relevant platform
Marketing Success stories: Delivery of healthy growth and profit achieved through sound Marketing strategies and choices
Strong experience in Project Management, transversal leadership with multidisciplinary teams
Good knowledge in Product Development, R&D and Product Launch
Knowledge in Communication Development
Understanding of Nestlé Health & Wellness (NHW) to drive Innovation & Renovation
