  • Advise the business on appropriate metrics for productivity measurement and aid in development of reporting and tools used to achieve said metrics

  • Analyze data to identify trends and/or patterns and make recommendations as appropriate to reduce workload and improve productivity for stakeholder teams.  Monitor and track the results of recommendations as appropriate

  • Lead weekly/monthly/quarterly forecast and performance reviews with management teams, and recommend appropriate courses of action to achieve organizational goals

  • Identify areas for improvement across all workforce planning functions and processes and build action plans to ensure adoption of changes by the team and stakeholders

Who you are

  • Experience working in and supporting highly diverse teams across multiple global sites and time-zones

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication, with proven record of presenting to and gaining consensus from senior leaders

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivation and the capacity to work in a high-performing team with tight deadlines

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience presenting to stakeholders at the most senior level

  • Competence in use of analytical tools including Excel, database querying (SQL), relational databases, Business Objects, Salesforce, Tableau, SAS, etc.
