Role: Sales and Marketing Technology - Business Analyst

The Sales and Marketing Technology team works closely with the business stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver innovative Web and CRM solution. The team is currently looking for an analyst who will report to the team head.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the stakeholders, development teams and suppliers to gather, document and prioritise new requirements using an Agile approach
  
  
  
  • Analyse and compare different technical options to deliver the requirements and create quick mock-ups and/or prototypes to present them to the business users
  
  
  • Create complex reports and dashboards to deliver intelligence to the senior sales and marketing stakeholders
  
  


• Identify opportunities for optimisation of business processes and more effective use of systems
  
  
  
  • Support system and integration testing
  
  
  • Define acceptance criteria and coordinate users testing and sign off
  
  
  • Prepare users' documentation and support user training
  
  
  • Provide day by day support to the relevant business teams
  
  
  • Investigate reported issues and help identify their root cause
  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience of corporate CRM solutions and/or solutions for Web Content Management and Web Analytics


• Understanding of a query language such as SQL, SOQL or MySQL


• Experience in data analysis and creation of complex reports and dashboards


• Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics is a plus


• Experience with the Agile methodology is a plus


• Excellent communications and documentation skills


• Excellent analysis and interpretation skills (data analysis and business process analysis)


• Capability to analyse and articulate business benefits versus costs


• Attention to detail without forgetting the big picture and overall priorities


• Previous experience in a similar role of at least 3 years


• Fluent English spoken and written
