Your contribution to something big

• Leading the global packaging engineering and graphic service team


• Responsible for packaging platform management, e.g. define future packaging platform with construction, design, technologies, process and materials


• Define customizing and packaging strategy and be responsible for packaging location decisions


• Value Stream Management, e.g. define targets for automation and cost reduction


• Establish a holistic data base for packaging

What distinguishes you

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or similar


• At least 10 years relevant practical experience in engineering and realization of manufacturing technology, processes and equipment, ideally related to packaging business


• Experience in leading an international and cross-functional team


• Independent, self-motivated, assertive and empathic personality with a high entrepreneurial mindset


• Excellent communicator and team player with very good presentation and cooperation skills


• Fluent in English and German
