Leads Audit of Suppliers, Supplier Production Inspection and Expediting of Purchase Orders
Participates in the establishment of the overall planning for supplier quality and expediting activities for assigned suppliers
Manages internal & external resources based on project needs in terms of Supplier Quality & Expediting
Audit to company and ISO9001, ISO14001 & OHSAS 18001 Standards
Analyses supplier quality related risks and defines risk mitigation plans
Execution of inspections in the field of project order processing at suppliers and on the construction site
Expediting of progress of Manufacture against monthly progress reports
Ensures Material is completely delivered on Time in compliance with Equipment technical specification
Verify that the progress of manufacturing and order processing at the supplier complies with the present and approved ITPs
Ensures supplier performance is continuously monitored and evaluated to initiate appropriate actions or preventive measures in case of supplier issues, delays, quality issues, non-conformances
Your Experiences
Led similar organization in past
Experience in manufacturing and quality control methods
Knowledge of quality and environmental management systems
Knowledge of codes & standards such as ASME, ANSI, EN, DIN and local directives PED, ATEX,.etc.
Experience in assessing and working with suppliers
Problem solving and root cause identification skills
Fluent in English and preferably German
