Integrated Talent Development Consultant, EMEA


Location: Kaiseraugst, Switzerland


 


You and your team work closely together with business groups and functions to provide integrated talent development solutions across the organization. You are a strategic partner for the EMEA region in relation to Talent Development priorities and ensure the flawless execution of integrated solutions. You will drive consistent and high-quality implementations of the processes, guidelines and priorities of Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development across a variety of locations and business teams. In addition, this role will have some international exposure, with 20% of the time dedicated to also supporting US-based initiatives.


 


Your new challenge:


 


HR PARTNERING – You partner with P&O Leaders to provide integrated Talent Development support in an assigned organizational area to enhance capabilities that meet the needs of the business, thereby strengthening the DSM profitability and competitive advantage.


EXPERTISE – You provide broad expertise in the areas of Talent Management and Learning and Development, designing and deploying solutions to translate business needs into tangible programs and actions.


CONSULTING/PROCESS FACILITATION – You are a key internal consultant and facilitator of key global processes (e.g. Talent Review), specific people initiatives (e.g. strategic sourcing of diverse talent for a BG area),and tackling key business challenges (e.g. developing an integrated Talent Development plan for a new business strategy).


CONNECTION TO AND FROM THE CENTRE of EXPERTISE – You coordinate, consult with and leverage colleagues from within the Centre of expertise and translate strategies into macro requirements that guide priorities when developing and delivering expertise to the organization overall.

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in relevant discipline (HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences) and professional trainings in HR fields.

  • Fluent local language (German and/French) and fluent English language

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in general HR functions in a dynamic organisation with a passion for purpose and performance
