BBP – HR Assistant/People Operations Assistant




The EPFL Blue Brain Project (BBP), situated on the Campus Biotech in Geneva, Switzerland, applies advanced neuroinformatics, data analytics, high-performance computing and simulation-based approaches to the challenge of understanding the structure and function of the mammalian brain in health and disease. The BBP provides the community with regular releases of data, models and tools to accelerate neuroscience discovery and clinical translation through open science and global collaboration. Main duties and responsibilities include :



  • Provide administrative support to the People Operations Manager in all people operations’ matters

  • Handle the administrative process for entries and departures

  • Update and maintain the employee’s files and database

  • Update and maintain the recruitment database

  • Liaise with candidates and organize job interviews

  • Support the recruitment process working closely with Blue Brain People Operations Manger 

  • Display the job offers on the different portals

  • Follow up the candidate applications

  • Follow, support and inform employees during their whole stay at Blue Brain

  • Be a point of contact for workplace/employees questions


Your profile :



  • University degree or equivalent

  • Previous experience in Human Resources

  • Certificat d'assistant-e en gestion du personnel

  • English and French written and spoken

  • Excellent communications skills

  • Effective organizational skills

  • Integrity, fair, respectful

  • Knowledge of the MS Office environment.
