The (Senior) Product Manager is responsible for the commercial bidding and contracting within assigned sales projects of the Component Services business field.
Your tasks
Commercial bid process management - Processing of internal bid decision and proposal/contract approvals - Management and coordination of cross-functional internal bid team - Preparation and management of contract hand-over to Account Management and Operations
Bidding and contracting - Proposal development - Assessment of proposal requirements and definition of service scope and concept - Pre-calculation (definition of planning assumptions, evaluation of cost and investments, definition of prices, modeling of financial business case) - Development of proposal documents and internal business case documentation - Contract development - Definition of contract terms and conditions and establishment of contract documents - Front-end sales and negotiation support
Product development - Develop and continuously optimize commercial product terms and standards, documents and templates, costing/pricing methods and instruments
Account management support - Support of the account management process with regard to the commercial performance monitoring and the adjustment/optimization of existing contracts
Your profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Engineering
Extensive (min 5 years) professional experience in aviation (MRO industry)
Proficiency in English (C2) and German (B1) required
