Job Summary


beqom is looking for talented Sales Operations and Marketing Analyst to join our growing Marketing team. This role will act as a strategic business partner to marketing teams to identify opportunities for continuously improving results. The ideal candidate is passionate about B2B technology, funnel analysis, and campaign performance.

You will work closely with our marketing teams (Digital Marketing, Field Marketing and Sales Development), focusing on data quality, analysis, and segmentation, throughout the client journey – from discovery to advocacy. We're looking for someone who craves data, and knows how to synthesize it into actionable insights to enhance program performance. We will look to you to help define and implement our strategy for overall marketing measurement, dashboards, and reporting, using our existing tool Hubspot (CRM, CMS and Marketing Automation).


Responsibilities and Duties


Manage, plan and implement the Marketing analytics and business intelligence strategy to support the achievement of beqom marketing goals, including:



  • Define marketing KPIs and dashboards to measure all aspects of the operations: business planning, campaign effectiveness, lead distribution and aging, pipeline contribution, ROI, and overall marketing performance.

  • Deliver weekly/monthly/quarterly business metrics, pipeline contribution, actual vs. target metrics and overall business performance reports.

  • Define, map and document key marketing operational processes.

  • Support ad-hoc requests to provide stakeholders with intelligent, actionable insight into the health of the business, including top management.

  • Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Hubspot Marketing Technology Tool administration, configuration and training.


Qualifications and Skills



  • Fluent english speaking

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics

  • 5+ years of experience with business planning (strategic and operational).

  • Blend of marketing & operations acumen, agility, and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated understanding of data, statistics, and interpretation with an expertise in applying analytics to real business problems

  • Experience working with CRM or Marketing Automation data, ideally Hubspot

  • Go get attitude

  • Excellent verbal and written communications

  • Bachelor's degree in analytics/information systems/computer science/economics or related field
