In the role of financial accountant you will support the Finance & Controlling Department in the area of Financial Accounting, Travel and Expense Claims and Accounts Payables. We are looking for a flexible and open minded person who is able to switch between departments easily.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare invoices and credit notes for third parties and intercompany affiliates, manage master data and overview the dunning process in collaboration with Shared Service Center.


• Prepare and post general ledger vouchers and recurring entry documents.


• Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts


• Responsible for intercompany reconciliation in collaboration with Shared Service Center


• Participate in month end closing and reporting


• Participate in interim and year-end audit in collaboration with internal and external auditors


• Process travel and expense claims


• Process Vendor Invoices (Purchase Order / FI)


• Participate in Finance-related projects according to your area of responsibility

To be successful in this role you fulfill the following criteria :

• Qualification in Financial Accounting/Accounts Payables (commercial education (KV) or Fachausweis Rechnungswesen)


• Relevant work experience of 1 – 3 years


• Knowledge in local and international guidelines (IFRS) is preferable


• High flexibility and strong individual responsibility


• Solid SAP Knowledge (FI/CO Module)


• Good System knowledge (MS Office)


• Fluent in oral and written English


• Fluent in oral and written German


• Strong Team Player
