Apply now!PrintThe cobas Liat Systems Complaint Investigation and Resolution (CIR) team performs global case handling on customer inquiries and complaints within Roche Molecular Solutions for a set of medical devices in commercial and hospital labs.
In this position you will be working alongside global case handling experts and, under their guidance, you will assist them with the evaluation, investigation and resolution of customer complaints and inquiries for hardware or software issues.
