Roche Centralised and Point of Care Solutions (CPS) provide integrated Cobas branded solutions for blood testing in commercial and hospital labs, medical centres and laboratory networks. Our products and solutions support health-care professionals in clinical decision making in a wide field of indications including, cardiovascular, haematology, infectious diseases, metabolism, oncology and women’s health.

In Roche Centralised and Point of Care Solutions (CPS) Lifecycle Finance Management, we are seeking a Lifecycle Finance Manager (LCFM) as a business partner for the Point of Care (PoC) Solutions franchise and its Lifecycle teams.

As LCFM you will:

• Be the key contact to the franchise for all financial matters, including operational pricing guidance for affiliates


• Contribute to the business success of the segments and support by providing financial insights


• Seek improvement opportunities to enhance growth and/or profitability, for example by creating business cases for internal (R&D) or external (licensing, other partnerships, M&A) growth opportunities or internal productivity improvements (manufacturing, portfolio streamlining etc)


• Proactively contribute to the creation of relevant strategic roadmaps by providing the financial transparency, highlighting and assessing alternatives, and collaborating with Project Management (PMO) & R&D controlling to identify challenges in the resulting resource planning

Qualifications for this position include:

• Strong interest in business partnering, ability to challenge, deal with conflicts constructively and find solutions


• Team player with high work ethic, reliable, result driven with a strong focus on decision-making and implementation excellence


• Leadership experience and/or local affiliate working experience considered a plus


• Ability to work in a global matrix organization, across sites and with different cultures


• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a Finance/Business Controlling function


• Bachelor or higher university degree


• Fluent in English
