As the Project Manager, Strategic Initiatives you will support the Pharma Leadership Team (PLT) in shaping key strategic initiatives and delivering on operational duties. You'll report to the Head Strategic Program Office/Office CEO Pharmaceuticals, and lead cross-functional and regional projects in close collaboration with business colleagues.


Who you are:



  • You conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis and feed this in to build comprehensive and succinct project plans

  • You are able to communicate, compel vision and build consensus and momentum behind projects

  • You can translate insights into clear recommendations to support decision-making

  • You are comfortable around senior leaders with exemplary communication skills, a quick thinker who can connect and ask clear questions across functions units to collect input and to obtain consensus


We believe you need the below skills and experiences:



  • A clear, structured thought process, with experience of communicating complex analysis and concepts into compelling and succinct slides.

  • Experience in presenting to senior management and driving projects in a matrix setup.

  • At least 5 years in the healthcare industry, ideally within Roche, and prior experience in a strategy / consulting firm.

  • Strong communication skills; ability to transfer complex analysis, concepts, and ideas into convincing and clear communication

  • Excellent Excel and powerpoint skills. Fluent in English

  • A minimum of 5 years’ work experience with a deep understanding of business strategy and the Pharma industry

  • Strategy consulting or investment banking

  • Experience working in a multicultural environment.
