Purpose:


• Responsible as the on-site account focal point for delivery of day-to-day services that are contracted by Xerox customers.


Scope:


Primary Responsibilities:


• Operations support:


• Responsible for the overall delivery of contracted services at client site


• Implements and supports Value Assurance Process at client site


• Ensures proper staffing levels to guarantee delivery of SOWs/SOPs


• Facilitates vended work


• Coordinates training of new employees, as required


• Coordinates administrative tasks performed by Client Associates


• Attend operations staff and/or/client meetings and act as an operations focal point for the account


• Implement and maintain an Asset Redeployment Depot (re-use, re-deploy, and disposition activities for office assets)


• Communications:


• Ensures day to day interface with account key contacts


• Works closely with immediate manager sharing information and following-up with account activity


• Coordinates and leads internal and external site team meetings


• Participates in internal and external account reviews


• Billing and expense management:


• Performs timely submission of billing requirements with all associated reporting (XONE / Falcon)


• Supply/Inventory management


• Coordinates and fair shares overtime requirements


• Tracks overtime to ensure proper billing


Candidate Education:


Minimum High School Diploma / (GED) / Secondary School GCSE or equivalent


Preferred Associate Degree / College Diploma /Cegep / A Levels


Candidate Background:


Minimum Has significant prior successful experience delivering services in a client environment


Minimum Experience with extensive array of network color printer and DFE’s


Minimum Experienced with advanced principles of color theory, color calibration process and instruments, color management, gamut’s, and ICC color profiling


Minimum Use of Computer: Email, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint


Minimum Able to provide general guidance and daily activity direction to approximately 5-10 Client Associates


Minimum Problem resolution and escalation


Minimum Excellent verbal and written communications


Minimum Use of organizational and time management skills to facilitate client deliverables


Minimum Ability to manage multiple tasks
