What will be your mission?


• Atlas Copco Shared Services Center Prague is extending the RPA team to manage growing demand on process automation with RPA (Robotic Process Automation). This position in the structure of SSC is a unique opportunity for a person who would like to take part in shifting the RPA team into an Automation Hub with variety of process development opportunities and personal growth.
• Your mission is to develop process automations with the RPA solution. You are also expected to guide other RPA developers when facing issues and help them becoming experts in the RPA world. You will be working closely together with business analysts and other developers to bring the process improvements and efficiencies to the Shared Services Center and also other business units in Atlas Copco. 


What exactly will be your responsibility?



  • Develop and configure the process scripts in BluePrism

  • Ensure associated configuration methodologies are followed

  • Drive solution testing and support in User Acceptance Testing

  • Ensure that processes are fully tested before moving to Deployment

  • Provide immediate post-sprint support for the configured robots

  • Responsible for the creation and maintenance of the development documentation

  • Provide technical expertise during process mapping

  • Guide other developers to become RPA experts

  • Be the first point of contact for RPA team when something is not working


What knowledge and skills you should possess?



  • Bachelor degree, ideally in area of Finance or IT

  • Min 2-3 years of experience, ideally in an international company



  • Basic understanding of business context and functional processes



  • Strong understanding of RPA technologies and solutions, and underlying IT services

  • Previous development experience in BluePrism software

  • Other programming experience is a plus



  • Ability to work independently but also as part of a team

  • Fluent in English in both writing and speaking

  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate with people on different positions
