– provide transparency to senior management on how to exploit growth potential of their Business Units / Business Areas
– facilitate senior management decision-making by preparing presentations based on financial- and operational analysis for e.g. the WM EMEA Investment and Sales Committee
– design and deliver EMEA sales initiatives. Monitor implementation success
– steer sales process governance by sounding and prioritizing sales initiatives and product educations with Market Sales Captains and strategic stakeholders within and outside IPS to maximize Front staff impact
– drive platform and process enhancements to improve effectiveness and efficiency of our sales process (e.g. Client level planning)
– track and analyze sales performance to identify white spots and coordinate follow-up actions with Market Sales Managers and IPS partners

Your team:
You’ll be working in the EMEA Central Sales Operations and Strategy team within IPS Distribution Management in Zurich. We develop and drive the implementation systematic sales process as well as centrally govern and track sales initiatives, all in close collaboration with Market Sales Management teams. In addition we are responsible for shaping the EMEA sales agenda jointly with our strategic partners such as Finance, CIO, WM EMEA senior management and other IPS Functions. You will have the opportunity to grow in the Sales Operations and Strategy team, engage with a variety of stakeholders within IPS and across affiliated functions and grow your network and know-how across all areas of WM.
Your expertise:
You have:
– at least 4-5 years experience in the financial services industry ideally in sales management/ business development/ business management/ product development or in consulting with strong focus on financial institutions
– a degree from a leading university, possibly an MBA or other relevant qualifications
– a proven implementation track record and excellent technical skills - MS PowerPoint, Excel, Access
– deep understanding of investment products and WM services
– high work ethics
You are:
– an excellent communicator with strong presentation skills
– able to collaborate with experienced executives
– a process and solution oriented thinker with the ability to condense complexity into actionable proposals
– well-organized with project management experience
