We Offer
The aim of this key position is to provide efficient support to the Trust Estate & Advisory (TE&A) Geneva Team
Your responsibility will be to schedule/coordinate/organize appointments for the team including supporting TE&A people when they are travelling.
Your tasks include the preparation of documents concerning life insurances, Classics Solutions (Trust Classic and Foundation), Tailor Made (Trust, Foundation and Standalone Companies) : Acceptance Documents, Trust Deeds/Statutes, Letter of Wishes/By Laws, and other forms required to set up a structure.
Preparation of presentations for clients/prospects and Relationship Manager trainings
After sales tasks: filling out of the Acceptance Documents, completing the Trust Deeds and sending different forms, changes in Letter of Wishes, etc.
You will also deal the administration follow-up including administration work for Line Manager
You Offer
A legal or economic back ground or banking apprenticeship completed with a higher education, preferably with a STEP – Foundation diploma
You have some experience in the trust industry or within Wealth Planning in a bank
An adaptive and content driven mindset paired with flexibility, dedication and self-motivation which makes you a standout colleague which has a strong focus on clients' needs
You have a high level of initiative, the ability to work independently and solution oriented thinking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills matched with service- and client orientation
You distinguish yourself with a strong sense of responsibility, willingness to cope with pressure, high perception and social skills as well as discretion and real passion for client contact
You are fluent in French and English, language skills in Spanish would be an advantage
