JobPurpose
Own the delivery of Compensation & Benefits requirements to HR and business managers within Europe.
JobResponsibilities
Account Management - own the relationship and take the lead on allTotal Rewards (TR) matters with HR
Lead TR projects as directed – these could be global in nature
Create new TR initiatives, and enhancements to existing programs/policies, in line with overall global guidelines
Provide direction and consultation on “Total Rewards” strategy andguidelines with HR and management, in line with global TR strategicdirection and local requirements.
Develop recommendations regarding market corrections.
Lead the development and implementation of programs such as AnnualEarnings Review, Management Bonus, Stock, Reward & Recognition,Benefits.
Develop and implement TR schemes that drive employee attraction,motivation and retention
Manage team of analysts to complete salary survey inputs.
Contribute to the development of benchmarking methodology
Keep up to date on market trends and reflect in Company policy.
Support HR on job evaluation to maintain integrity of gradestructure
Design and implement TR policies/guidelines in line with global directives.
Work closely with others in the TR function on global projects
Lead, coach and develop team of Analysts
Backgroundand Experience
Strong global Compensation & Benefits background
Experience of leading projects with a global scopegeographically
People management experience
Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word,PowerPoint), as well as Oracle based HR systems.
Education
· Degree qualified or equivalent
· Additional HR and/or TR/ Compensation & Benefits qualification desirable
