We are looking to hire a Digital Marketing and Communications Associate who will be responsible for the daily execution of marketing initiatives. You will be in charge of developing and managing online brand and product campaigns across multiple channels (social media, blog, website, email, customer portal). You will also participate in the redesign of the company website and actively contribute to the implementation of the digital marketing strategy.
Responsibilities
• Manage trigger online brand and product campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize sales.
• Use the CRM and other tools to maximize online marketing campaigns. Conduct research to understand user needs and maintain a good understanding of industry best practice and new technological opportunities.
• Develop marketing collateral in cooperation with the Content and Brand CoE or design agencies.
• Write entertaining, educational and informative search engine optimized copy for the external channels.
• Track on online campaigns in order to guide improvements and report on sales revenues generated.
• Establish a range of automated marketing campaigns based on various criteria.
• Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the panalpina.com and oversee the primary landing pages of the company website. Track conversion rates and make improvements to the website.
• Monitor social media for company mentions.
• Develop marketing collateral in cooperation with the Content and Brand CoE or design agencies.
• Counsel colleagues worldwide in all related social media and digital marketing matters.
Qualifications
• 3- 5 years’ experience in offline and online marketing, event management, designing and executing campaigns
• Managing agencies and third party contributors
Skills
• Excellent writer and copy editor (native-level English required)
• Good understanding of the marketing environment, trends, channels and tools (CMS, Marketing Automation, CRM, etc.)
• Experience in design, visual language and corporate branding
• Ability to quickly become acquainted with new topics, proactively seeking information and work across functions
• Team player, with the ability to work under pressure, prioritize resources and manage expectations
• Strong project management and organization skills

• Native-level English required and preferably other language
