The Group Training & Development Team is responsible to design, develop and deploy a comprehensive portfolio of high quality training measures for management, sales, service and group functions across the company. It also defines and supports the company’s talent management, performance management as well as learning and development strategies, technologies and processes.


 

To strengthen our global Business Development Team located in Greifensee, we are looking for an open-minded, energetic and proactive
Learning Consultant (m/f). In this position you will be responsible for the following activities:



  • You will analyze our internal client’s needs and plan, coordinate and develop as well as (co-) deliver learning solutions that drive organizational effectiveness and business performance

  • You will engage with defined business representatives to understand training needs, define stakeholder involvement and learning strategy and to develop content with in- and external subject matter experts

  • Master tools and techniques to support our blended learning approach, this includes classroom training, workshops, documentation and course material, eLearning as well as WebEx-sessions

  • Furthermore you will facilitate or lead training assigned to your portfolio and proactively manage the relationships and communication with different stakeholder groups

  • Last but not least you will represent, (co-) own and further develop a selection of existing internal training and development programs


Ihr Profil

Following requirements are necessary for this role:



  • Bachelor or Master degree in business administration, psychology, HR, training, instructional design, organizational development or related areas

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar function (training and development, consulting or business development, sales and marketing) within an international environment, ideally in a global matrix organization

  • Advanced knowledge of adult learning concepts, educational design and needs assessment methodology with strong organizational and project management skills

  • You are able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work to meet adapting deadlines

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including public speaking in front of executives and facilitating senior level teams

  • Readiness to travel globally (up to 30%)
