Roche Diagnostics is setting up a centralized Digital Customer Experience Team to lead digital marketing innovation across the EMEA/LATAM region.
The mission of the team is to accelerate digital transformation and move mountains to enable the EMEA/LATAM region to become a frontrunner in digital customer experience within Roche Diagnostics. As a member of this newly created team of 5 individuals in a diverse set of roles, you will set the North Star for digital customer experience and create an industry-leading customer experience that will have a positive impact on both customer satisfaction and business results.
You will work, together with a group of affiliates across EMEA/LATAM, on several high impact projects to increase digital maturity in the affiliates and drive business results. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining and validating the innovation funnel by developing Minimal Viable Products (MVPs) and leveraging data from these MVPs to establish validated learnings.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join this highly collaborative, self-managed team for a 9-month temporary assignment based in Switzerland (Rotkreuz) to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with a start-up mentality and bring customer experience to the next level.
