What you can expect:

Within our Shoes & Leather Accessories Business Unit in Coldrerio/Switzerland, the candidate will support the Brand & Merchandising Team and guarantee the development of the BOSS Man Leather Accessories collection according to company strategies and brand direction. He will oversee the product range definition, product strategy and retail assortments on a global level. He/she will be mostly handle the following tasks

• Creation and implementation of a collection framework that is well balanced in terms of product content, pricing structure and takes in to account all market and brand requirements;


• Analyze historical sales data, identifying key indicators that can be used as a base for a successful collection strategy;


• Manage market feedback, analysis and research;


• Lead the core range definition process for directly operated stores;


• Sales forecasting in collaboration with operations to ensure production delivery and capacity requirements are met;


• Pricing definition ensuring brand positioning and margin contribution to the company EBIT;


• Collaborate cross functionally to influence decision and to ensure the proper implementation of brand strategies;

Your profile:

• University Degree and at least 5 years of experience in the leather accessories market in a similar position;


• Distinctive feeling for fashion, excellent communication and analytical skills;


• Leading attitude, strong organizational skills, team working and networking mindset;


• Good knowledge of MS-Office and excellent Database Management skills;


• Fluent in English;
