MoneyPark is a young technology company focusing on providing independent financial advisory services on mortgage, retirement, pension planning and investment. We focus on platform-based advice only and strictly work without products of our own, to operate without conflicts of interest. MoneyPark is subordinated to Finma (in accordance with the AMLA).


We are on a mission to transform the banking industry and take life's largest financial decisions and make them simple. We help people make smart financial choices. The company aims to become Switzerland’s first independent retail and affluent banking advisory platform turning banking into a fair, transparent and convenient experience for the customer.


We are looking for a Senior Python/Django Developer for our Zurich office

Your tasks



  • Actively contribute in our in-house applications development and take responsibility on certain features

  • Participate in source code reviews and quality control. Help less experience developers to strength their knowledge

  • Share best practices and grow overall team experience

Requirements



  • Deep knowledge in Python / Django, PostgreSQL, JavaScript. (Experience with React/React-forms/Redux would be a plus)

  • Bases in HTML5 / CSS / SASS and passion to write semantic code

  • Application architecture, APIs, rest services

  • Experience with CI/CD tools, their configuration and support (e.g Jenkins)

  • Very strong practical skills with Git and Github

  • Working experience with automating python/Django tests and their optimization

  • Engineering or CS degree

  • Open mindedness and motivation to learn new things, in particular within a Startup environment

  • Reliable and motivated team player

  • Experience in a similar position (at least 3 years)

  • Very strong written and spoken English
