• Establish and continuously improve worldwide online communication processes


• Coach a team of passionate online marketers and content creators


• Identification and implementation of relevant online trends

What distinguishes you

• Master in Business Administration or Communications, with focus on online marketing


• Several years of online marketing experience within a global company or agency, experience in coaching a team preferred


• Proven track record of building effective, creative and engaging media content across different online channels


• Excellent understanding of the digital and social media landscape, as well as curiosity in trends and new platforms


• Analytical skills and experience with the use of online analytics tools


• Self-organized, pro-active manager with good brand understanding


• Very good communication and cooperation skills


• Excellent oral and written skills in English and German
