In this exciting position, member of Cembra’s Business Solutions department, you will own and manage all the bank's applications and services from a business perspective and define the roadmap of the service inventory. You will be in close collaboration with the commercial and enabling functions to provide business solutions and services and with IT to drive their evolution and ensure SLAs are met. Definition, ownership and management of a unified Service Management framework for the Bank
Responsible for owning, defining, designing and running the bank’s services, business applications and digital products under this unified framework including service TCO, service SLAs and KPIs
Single point of entry for all changes initiated by the commercial and enabling units, working closely with them to translate business needs to requirements
Work in close collaboration with strategy and architecture and business stakeholders to define the roadmap of the business applications and the evolution of business services
Work with IT to drive application evolution (change) and ensure agreed upon availability- and performance-SLAs are met (run)
Ensure business productivity management and work closely with process engineers to optimize the business processes
Provide centralized incident handling and change support for the business services and applications (analysis, consolidation, prioritization and coordination) where the team has business responsibility
Personnel and functional leadership of two teams and specialists (recruitment, coaching, employee development with goal setting, performance reviews and resource planning)
Your profile
Master degree in engineering, economics, business management and/or IT
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in banking business and business processes
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business service management and solution design
Several years leadership experience with ability to define the strategy for the department
Excellent analytical skills with design and problem solving abilities
Ability to grasp complex systems and to implement practical solutions
Excellent communication and negotiation skills and ability to interact with all levels in the organization
Fluent in English, German is a plus
